What type of movement does each WALDOR & CO. watch contain?

All our watches contain a quartz Ronda 762 movement, manufactured in Switzerland.

 

Is my WALDOR & CO. watch water resistant?

Yes. All our watches have a water resistance rating of 5 ATM. Watches with this level of resistance are wearable when using household sinks, playing sports, or swimming in shallow water. Do not wear WALDOR & CO. watches while bathing, snorkeling, scuba diving, or participating in any other activities that result in full submersion of the watch for extended periods. Products that are made with real leather, including our leather and Nato watch straps, should not be exposed to water.

 

Are WALDOR & CO. watch straps made with real leather?

Yes. All our watch straps are made with real leather.

 

Which WALDOR & CO. watches are made for men, and which are made for women?

All our watches are unisex and can be worn by both men and women. WALDOR & CO. watches come in two sizes to account for various wrist thicknesses.

 

Can WALDOR & CO. watch bands be changed?

Yes. All our watch straps are interchangeable and can be removed and replaced easily using only one’s fingers. To remove a watch strap, we recommend using your forefinger to pull the rounded spring towards yourself.

Does WALDOR & CO. deliver outside of Sweden?

Yes. We deliver worldwide.

 

How much will it cost to ship a WALDOR & CO. product to me?

Free worldwide shipping.

 

After placing an order, how long will it take for my WALDOR & CO. product to be delivered?

Exact delivery times vary based on destination, but most deliveries are completed 2–5 business days after we receive an order. Any orders we receive before 4:00 PM CET (10:00 AM EST) on business days (except public holidays) will be shipped the same day.

 

What should I do if a WALDOR & CO. watch or a watch band is sold out?

If a product is sold out, please contact our customer service department at info@waldorwatches.com. One of our customer service representatives will let you know when you can expect the product to be re-stocked. Our customer service representatives can also help you pre-order a product.

 

How do I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service department at info@waldorwatches.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests that we receive and process before an order has been dispatched will be accepted, and the customer will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched from our logistics center it cannot be canceled.

 

How do I return a WALDOR & CO. product?

You may return any unused WALDOR & CO. products in their original packaging for a full refund within 30 days after you receive your order. Watches that have been worn, or watches whose plastic covers have been removed from the top, back, or crown of the watch, are not eligible for returns. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Please include a copy of the order receipt in your return shipment. You will be responsible for paying shipping fees incurred in the delivery of the return package, as well as all taxes and duties, which we will assess against you retroactively.

 

Can I exchange a WALDOR & CO. product?

You may exchange any unused WALDOR & CO. products in their original packaging within 30 days after you receive your order. Watches that have been worn, or watches whose plastic covers have been removed from the top, back, or crown of the watch, are not eligible for exchange.

 

To exchange a product, contact our customer service department at info@waldorwatches.com to inform a customer service representative. Your e-mail should include the information of the product you previously ordered, as well as the information of the product you would like to receive in exchange. Return your item in its original condition and packaging to us at the following address:

We will send you the new item as soon as we have received and approved your returned item. You will be responsible for paying all shipping and administrative fees incurred in the delivery of both the return package and the new item.

                                                

What do I do if I receive a damaged WALDOR & CO. product?

If you receive a WALDOR & CO. product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service department at info@waldorwatches.com within 14 days after you receive your order. In your e-mail, please remember to specify your order number and describe the damage that your goods have suffered. You will be responsible for any damage to the goods that occurs during the return process.
