What kind of movement does the Waldor watch consist of?
The movement is a Swiss made Quartz Ronda 762.
Is the Waldor watch waterproof?
Yes, all watches are waterproof. Meaning of water resistance 5ATM. A watch with this level of resistance is wearable around household sinks, while playing sports or swimming in shallow water. Do not wear it while bathing, snorkelling or scuba diving.
The leather and Nato Watch straps should not be exposed to water due to its leather lining.
Does the watch bands consist of real leather?
Yes, all watch straps consists of real leather. The nato watch strap has a leather lining.
Does the watches suit both men and women?
Yes, the models are unisex and fit both thinner and thicker wrists.
Is it easy to switch watch band?
The watch straps can be changed easily with you fingers. Use your forefinger and pull the rounded spring towards yourself.
Questions regarding the purchase and delivery
Do you deliver outside Sweden?
Yes, we deliver to the whole world!
What if a watch or a watch band is sold out?
Please contact our customer service. They will help you to answer whether or when the product will be back in stock. You can always pre-order through our customer service.
How much is the freight cost?
The freight cost is $10 to the US.
What if I would like to return a Waldor product?
All unused products purchased at waldorwatches.com can be returned within 30 days from the day you recieved the order. Post your return at your local post office. Return the product to Almroths c/o WALDOR & CO., Koppargatan 7, 602 23 Norrköping, Sweden. Please attach a copy of the receipt. Please do not forget to contact our customer service at email@example.com. Only unused returns in its original package are approved.
Is it possible to change a product?
All unused products purchased at waldorwatches.com can be changed within 30 days from the day you recieved the order. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including information about which product you would like to change to. Return the item in its original package (only unused returns are approved). We will send you the new product as soon as we have recieved and approved the return.
How long is the delivery time?
We always ship the products the same weekday if we receive the order before 16.00 CET. The delivery time is normally it will take 2-5 workdays.
What if I would like to cancel the order?
Please contact our customer service at email@example.com soon as possible. It is not possible to cancel the order as soon as the order left our logistic centre.
What if the Waldor watch is damaged?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days. Do not forget to specify your order number and the cause for complaint.
